Lillington is Growing!
We are looking at the following, some confirmed and some in the planning stages, building projects and businesses coming to our town.
BUSINESSES
- A Waffle House on 421 near the new Microtel
- Hospital plans are still tentative but are looking strong for a Lillington location
- A 10 station dialysis unit is planned down near Food Lion South
- A 7 bed in-patient Hospice House is being discussed
- A long-term care residential facility is being discussed
- A possible new shopping center is planned at the corner of 210 and 401
- Cross Roads Shopping Center is expanding to include a more stores and a new restaurant, Mia Casita’s
SUBDIVISIONS
- On Duncan Street beyond the park (up to 300 homes)
- Off of West Old Road near the Lillington/Shawtown school (possible new construction)
- ½ mile from the Hwy 27 and West Old Road split, there are 147 Acres has recently been rezoned (360 homes)
