Low Impact Aerobics

This is a class for adults 18-99. A low impact exercise class

Registration Session I: March 5th– March 26th,2012

Session I Dates: Wed. April 11th - May 16th 2012

Session I Time: 7:00-8:00pm

Minimum Participants: 12

Maximum Participants: 20

Must pre-register for this class.

Zumba Hip Hop

This is a fun and energetic aerobic workout set to Hip Hop music.

Registration Session II: March 3,2012-March 25 , 2012

Session II Dates: Wed. April 11th - May 16th 2012

Session II Time: 6:00p.m. - 7:00.m.

Registration Session III: March 3,2012-March 25 , 2012

Session III Dates: Thursday April 12th - May 17th 2012

Session III Time: 5:15p.m. - 6:00p.m.

Minimum Participants: 12

Maximum Participants: 30

Must pre-register for this class.

Must be 18 or older for this course.

Participants may bring own Zumba toning sticks.

The Lillington Community Center has a fitness room available for use by our members any time the Community Center is open
